Job Description-
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applicationsusing Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Architect solutions integrating frontend (React/Angular), backend services, and databases.
- Ensure adherence to clean code principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps teamsto ensure smooth delivery.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Drive code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing strategies.
- Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL)and caching mechanisms for optimal performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and introduce best-fit solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and sprint planning.
