Job Description-
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented fresh graduates who are passionate about sales,
business strategy, and client engagement. The role offers hands-on exposure to RFPs, bid management,
proposal creation, and client presentations, making it an excellent opportunity to build a strong
foundation in enterprise sales.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and assist in RFP (Request for Proposal) analysis and response
preparation - Work on bid management portals (like GeM, eProcurement, etc.) and track opportunities
- Prepare high-quality business proposals, documents, and presentations (PPTs)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support the sales team in lead generation and client outreach (B2B)
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, delivery) for proposal inputs
- Assist in creating pitch decks and solution presentations
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely submission of bids and proposals
- Demonstrate strong logical thinking and analytical skills in problem-solving
Requirements
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
- Excellent communication and written skills (especially for proposals)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn RFPs, bidding, and B2B sales processes
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Eligibility Criteria: - Freshers (0–1 year experience)
- Graduation in BBA / B.Com / B.Tech / MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Candidates from top-tier colleges will be preferred
