Lead Data Analytics

 Job Description-

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Lead Data Analytics professional in the
healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business
intelligence, and healthcare informatics, with a proven track record of leading analytics projects and
driving business impact. You will play a key role in shaping our data analytics strategy, leading a team
of analysts, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive operational
efficiency, clinical quality, and patient satisfaction. It’s full-time employment and the office location
is Noida Sector 135.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of data analytics initiatives that support strategic priorities and
  business objectives in the healthcare domain.
• Define and prioritize analytics use cases, identifying opportunities to leverage data to address key
  challenges in healthcare delivery, population health management, and patient engagement.
• Manage a team of data analysts, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to drive continuous
  improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, finance, marketing, and IT, to
  gather requirements, define success criteria, and deliver analytics solutions that meet stakeholder
  needs.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines, data models, and dashboards to enable self-service
  analytics and real-time decision-making.
• Perform advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to uncover insights,
  trends, and patterns in healthcare data.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership, board members, and other
  stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations, presentations, and reports.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare analytics,
  proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  
  Requirements
  
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics,
  or a related field.
• 4-7 years of professional experience in data analytics, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims
  data, and patient-generated data, as well as healthcare terminologies and coding systems (e.g., ICD,
  CPT, SNOMED).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques
  applied to healthcare data.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster a culture of
  collaboration and innovation, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
  stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working with healthcare stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and
