Job Description-
We are looking for a result-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 3+ years of hands on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in SEO/SEM, email marketing, Google Ads, social media strategy, and performance analysis tools.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social
media, and display advertising. - Manage company presence across all digital platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,
Twitter, etc. - Monitor and optimize performance of campaigns to meet ROI and growth goals using tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
- Create engaging content strategies in coordination with content writers and designers.
- Design and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive qualified traffic
and conversions. - Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to support lead generation, nurturing, and brand
awareness. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience in content marketing, basic graphic design, and video editing is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
