 Job Description-

We are seeking a high-impact Key Account Manager with strong expertise in Client Engagement and Pre-Sales within the Insurance and Technology domain. This role is focused on driving client conversations, shaping solutions, and influencing deal closures rather than just post-sales account management. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand business challenges and co-create technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities: 
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions to understand business needs.
  • Drive end-to-end pre-sales activities, including RFPs, RFIs, proposals, presentations, and client demos.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored, scalable technology solutions.
  • Support deal negotiations and work closely with sales teams to achieve successful closures.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between clients, sales, and delivery teams for successful project execution.
  • Monitor account health, proactively address risks, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Apply expertise in insurance processes and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, SaaS, APIs, Cloud, and Data Analytics to deliver business value.


    Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Engagement / Pre-Sales / Consulting roles.
  • Experience in InsurTech / IT Services / Product-based companies.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification.
  • Exposure to solution architecture or consulting roles is a plus.
  • Strong experience in Insurance domain (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in solutioning and deal support.
  • Good understanding of technology platforms and digital transformation.
  • Experience in handling enterprise or mid-large clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
