Job Description-
We are seeking an experienced Database Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient
in SQL, MongoDB, and advanced database management. You will design, develop, and maintain efficient
databases, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability to support our organization’s data needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop database solutions based on business needs.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
- Work with databases like MongoDB for handling unstructured data.
- Monitor database performance and fix performance issues.
- Improve database speed and efficiency through tuning and optimization.
- Create, update, and maintain database structures and data models.
- Implement database security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in database development and management.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Experience working with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Good understanding of database design, indexing, and normalization concepts. - Hands-on experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with database administration and monitoring tools.
