Job Description-
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring
Boot, Microservices, and Frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
leading teams, architecting scalable applications, and delivering end-to-end solutions. You will play a key
role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications while mentoring team members
and ensuring best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring
Boot, and Microservices. - Architect solutions integrating frontend (React/Angular), backend services, and databases.
- Ensure adherence to clean code principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes). - Drive code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing strategies.
- Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and caching mechanisms for optimal performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and introduce best-fit solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and sprint planning.
Technical Skills:
- Backend Development: Strong expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot & Spring Cloud, building REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ); familiarity with WebFlux, gRPC, and rule engines.
- Frontend Development: Proficient in React.js or Angular, with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI frameworks like Material UI or Bootstrap.
- Databases: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) databases, including design and optimization.
- DevOps & Cloud: Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), along with monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Tools & Practices: Proficient with Git, build tools, code quality/testing tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 6+ years of full stack development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and architectural thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
