Marketing and Communication Lead

 Job Description-

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communication Lead to drive the company’s
marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance internal and external communication strategies.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in digital marketing, content development, campaign management, corporate communication, and brand-building activities.

Responsibilities: 

• Development and management of marketing collaterals.
• Performance marketing and campaign management.
• Designing and implementing communication strategies.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Social Media Optimization (SMO) and social media marketing.
• Client communication and stakeholder management.
• Brand awareness and market positioning initiatives.
• Product marketing, including video creation, animation, and multimedia campaigns.
• Digital marketing strategy development and execution.
• LinkedIn marketing and professional networking campaigns.
• Content marketing and content strategy.
• Email marketing and marketing automation.
• Website management and optimization.
• Market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Campaign analytics, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
• Event marketing, webinars, and corporate communication initiatives.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, CRM platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
  

  
  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience in independently managing digital marketing activities and campaigns.
• Strong experience in brand building and digital brand positioning.
• Strong expertise in social media strategy and management, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience in content marketing, video marketing, and creative campaign development.
• Experience working with content creators, influencers, industry experts, or thought leaders will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and other
  digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in planning and managing paid campaigns with a strong understanding of ROI and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, lead generation, and brand communication.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing KPIs.
• Analyze campaign, website, social media, and advertising performance.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
• Prepare management-level performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuously optimize marketing activities based on data and audience behavior.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms.
• Proficiency in using digital tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
• Experience in content marketing, basic graphic design, and video editing is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
