Job Description-
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with experience in both Manual and Automation testing. The
ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience with test automation
tools and frameworks. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software
products, working closely with the development team to understand requirements, define testing strategies,
and execute both manual and automated test cases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated
testing. - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality software
releases. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements
and define test cases and success criteria. - Identify, document, and track bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites, and work towards increasing test coverage.
- Continuously review and improve testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Perform load, performance, and stress testing to ensure system reliability.
- Prepare test reports and provide regular updates on testing activities and quality metrics.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
