Sr. Manager Data Scientist

 Job Description-

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager- Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7-15+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, with a proven track record of building AI products from concept to production, leading high-performing AI teams, and driving enterprise AI strategy. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, solution architecture, business acumen, and leadership.

Responsibilities: 

• Define and execute the organization’s AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise AI products, from solution design and model development to deployment and continuous optimization.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, prompt engineering, fine tuning, and
  modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Develop intelligent AI applications including AI Assistants, Copilots, Conversational AI, Document Intelligence, and Business Automation solutions.
• Build scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for predictive analytics, fraud detection, recommendation systems, NLP, anomaly detection, forecasting, underwriting, and risk analytics.
• Design secure, scalable, and cloud-native AI architectures while implementing MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Client stakeholders to translate business
  requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and executive leadership, providing strategic guidance on AI adoption and enterprise AI transformation.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, ML Engineers, and Data Engineers while fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, research, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements

• 7-15+ years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading AI/ML teams.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Strong experience designing AI solution architecture.
• Proven ability to build AI products from scratch.
• Experience deploying AI models into production environments.
• Experience in Insurance, Healthcare, or BFSI domains is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, scalable system design, and cloud-native AI solutions.
