Job Description-
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead and manage high
impact technical projects, especially in the domain of public health and insurance. The ideal candidate will
possess excellent stakeholder management skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to coordinate
cross-functional teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and
closure. - Coordinate and communicate with internal technical teams, data analysts, and developers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Engage with external stakeholders, especially government departments and public authorities,
ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Prepare and maintain project documentation including project charters, schedules, progress reports,
and risk mitigation plans. - Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project tasks and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring quality and timely
outputs. - Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile or hybrid project
management methodologies. - Ensure adherence to compliance, data security, and confidentiality guidelines, especially in public
sector settings.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
technical field. - 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical or IT-related projects.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities; prior experience working with government or public sector clients is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in public health insurance domains or involvement in large-scale public data
initiatives is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. - Strong internal coordination skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification(s) preferred.
